The “extreme route” – the Ischgl Ironbike Marathon – is the most challenging option, but all other routes are fairly demanding as well. Did you know that the race takes place on the region’s former smugglers’ trails that were originally used to transport contraband from Ischgl to Samnaun and back? However, Ischgl Ironbike is not just for die-hard professionals – it also offers great options for aspiring cycling talents.
