The route of the spectacular trail running stage race runs in 7 days from Garmisch-Partenkirchen at the foot of the Zugspitze over the main Alpine ridge to Lake Reschen in South Tyrol. With 271 kilometers and around 17,000 meters of elevation gain, the TAR 2024 is considered one of the most challenging in its long history.

Physio Treatments

Daily treatments from 14.00–21.00 (2pm – 9pm), on the last day from 14.00–19.00 (2pm – 7pm), please follow the physio signs.

Taping

Daily taping 1 hour before the start of the stage in the starting area — no taping before the first stage.
