What data do we collect? How and why do we capture these?
The data is collected by getting it from you, e.g. via our online registration (the data will be transmitted encrypted). We need this data in order to always be in contact with you, e.g. when arranging massage appointments. Furthermore, we need this data in order to be able to clearly assign booked treatment appointments and thus avoid abuse. We also collect this information to provide you with the highest level of service. By law, we are required to keep this data for up to 10 years.
We collect and process the following data:
- Stand data for contacting (for example, name and address)
- Order data (as part of the order process)
- Correspondence
- Booked treatment appointments
The data will be used to fulfill contractual obligations (Art. 6 para. 1b GDPR), in the context of weighing interest (Art. 6 para. 1f GDPR), because of your agreement (Art. 6 para. 1a GDPR), due to legal requirements (Art. 6 para. 1c GDPR).
Who gets my data?
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless there is a corresponding consent or the legal basis requires it. A typical case would be for example:
- Public authorities / Supervisory authorities
- Lawyers / Notaries
- Tax Advisor / Tax Office
Except for this, of course, disclosure to e.g. logistics service providers, e.g. in the case of a prize game and the sending of the prize, it is of course necessary that your data will be used for delivery. We always make sure that we only use mandatory data.
SSL/TLS encryption
This site is using a SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, e.g. registration for the massage that you send to us. An encrypted connection is indicated by the fact that the address bar of the browser shows https:// and a lock symbol is displayed. If SSL/TLS encryption is active, transmitted data can not be read by third parties.
Google Services
We use YouTube for integrating event videos (legal basis according to GDPR: Art. 6 (1) f) with the operation of our website and taking into account the interests of the affected by disabling the tracking features in the YouTube code). PayPal
Among other things, we offer payment via PayPal. Provider of this payment service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. If you make the payment via PayPal, the data will be transmitted to PayPal - based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO (processing to fulfill a contract). You have the opportunity to revoke your consent to data processing at any time. Revocation does not affect the effectiveness of historical data processing operations. Newsletter
If you register to our free e-mail newsletter, your e-mail address and first and last name will be sent to us. We use this data exclusively for our newsletter mailings. Of course, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The legal basis here is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. Server-Log-Files
Log-Files are automatically created and stored by our hosting provider. In doing so, our provider does not store personal data of website visitors, so that no conclusions can be drawn on the individual visitor. No cookies are used. The following data are collected:

- Browser type and browser version
- Used operating system
- Used device type
- Time of access
- Anonymous IP address (used only to determine the location of access)
